Setup

Create account on heroku.com.
Install Git (required by Heroku CLI).
Install Heroku CLI (Command Line Interface) from Heroku CLI.

The installation includes the following options enabled:

Set PATH to heroku.
Add %LOCALAPPDATA%\heroku to Windows Defender exclusions.

Restart computer.
